  • API-based email validation services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use Sendrella, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Sendrella is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sendrella to:

  • Upload or validate purchased email lists
  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Engage in abusive, deceptive, or harmful activities
  • Attempt to interfere with our platform, APIs, or infrastructure
  • Share access to your API key or account with unauthorized users

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause.

5. API Usage

  • Your API key is confidential and must be protected
  • Excessive, abusive, or unauthorized API use may result in suspension
  • You are responsible for any usage and charges incurred via your key
  • API access may be rate-limited or restricted if abuse is detected

6. Billing & Payments

  • Services are billed on a pay-as-you-go or subscription model
  • All payments are processed securely via third parties (Stripe, PayPal)
  • Charges are non-refundable except where required by law
  • You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method
  • We may suspend services for failed or overdue payments

Custom enterprise billing or invoicing may be offered on request.

7. Refund Policy

Sendrella offers digital services that are non-refundable once delivered. However, we may issue credits or refunds in cases of:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Non-functional or failed API responses (system-side fault)
  • Unauthorized charges (after investigation)

8. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your dashboard.
We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms or applicable laws
  • If your account is inactive for more than 12 months

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • 100% uptime or uninterrupted access
  • Compliance with third-party tools or platforms (e.g., email deliverability)

You use the Service at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sendrella is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunities
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of your data

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

  • You can delete your data anytime
  • We never sell or rent your data
  • We engage in routine security audits and VDP programs
  • Our infrastructure is secured, encrypted, and access-controlled

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify you via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
